Senator French moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                                                                    
BILL NO. 30 "An Act providing for the release of certain property in                                                            
the custody of a law enforcement agency to the owner under certain                                                              
conditions" be returned to the Judiciary Committee. Without                                                                     
objection, the bill was returned to the Judiciary Committee.
